Engineering Distance Running Efficiency

Founded under UEL HOLDING AS, ZenithStride translates laboratory motion-capture data into accessible stride adjustments for marathoners, track athletes, and endurance coaches across Scandinavia.

Why We Study Sub-Maximal Kinematics

Most running injuries and late-race pace collapses stem from mechanical overload rather than cardiovascular failure. When vertical oscillation exceeds 9.5 cm or overstriding introduces a 12% braking peak at heel contact, tibial stress accumulates exponentially over 30,000 marathon steps.

Our Oslo and Asker telemetry workgroups combine optical markers with foot-pod inertial sensors to publish transparent, practical adjustments that everyday runners can apply on the track or road.
